Theydo not rule, they serve.Serving the citizens is asacred trust granted to elected and appointed officials by those to whom they serve.2.The actions of elected officials are transparentand beyond reproach.I will create an environ-ment of transparency that will eliminate the possibility of actual or perceived conflicts of interest, eliminate nepotism and preferential treatment givento county officials not given to the citizens.3.County Governance always functions as fiscally responsible and accountable to the citizens of Montgomery County. I will work to reduce the taxrate of the county to account for increases in totalproperty values throughout the county, eliminatewasteful spending 4.Countywide mobility and infrastructure coordination is essential for facilitating thegrowth of Montgomery County.I will work withthe County commissioners and citizens to developa county wide mobility plan, eliminate toll roads byleveraging state and federal dollars and stop lettingcampaign donors determine where the roads will bebuilt.5.Montgomery County First.I will immediately endthe influence that outside interests have upon thedecision-making ability of those who govern andwill replace the practice with what is the will of thepeople of Montgomery County.
